Clipping weight is the total for 1 0 replicates at 1 7 days. The bacteria numbers are per gram of soil and biomass of fungi and bacteria are ug per gram of soil. The height was rated at 7 days on a 1 to 3 scale with 1 = 0 to 2.5mm, 2 = 2.6 to 4.0mm and 3 = >4mm.
